Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive at BACUTI, you will be a critical front-line representative helping European enterprises address their sustainability challenges. You’ll drive revenue by selling our SaaS platform to organizations navigating complex environmental regulations and reporting requirements. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both business growth and environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, & closing sales opportunities in assigned territories
- Meet & exceed quarterly & annual sales quotas through systematic prospecting and relationship building
- Develop and execute account strategies to effectively navigate enterprise procurement processes
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs and use cases
- Articulate the value proposition of BACUTI’s platform to sustainability officers, IT leaders, and CxOs
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity metrics in CRM systems
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to address prospect requirements and feedback
- Stay informed on sustainability regulations and market trends affecting potential customers
- Participate in industry events and conferences to build BACUTI’s market presence
Required skills and experience
- 3-7 years of proven enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Experience selling SaaS solutions with deal cycles of 3-6 months and average contract values of €50K+
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and solution-based selling approaches
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and building consensus across departments
- Excellent presentation & communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into biz. value
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or compliance domains is a plus
- Strong network within European enterprise organizations is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Compensation:
Competitive package including base salary, uncapped commission structure, and equity. On-target earnings (OTE) will be aligned with industry standards for enterprise SaaS sales roles, reflecting the strategic importance of this position to our growth.
