Role: Senior Analyst / Data Science / AI&ML Engineer

Experience: 2-8 years

Location: Chennai, India

Responsibilities:
Model Development and Implementation:

1. Create analytical solutions by combining data science tools, applied statistics, AI/ML and NLP techniques.
2. Data: Identify sources, automate collection, perform exploration & feature engineering to develop models
3. Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data by partnering with data engineers.
4. Build, create and maintain reproducible codes, predictive models, and machine-learning algorithms.
5. Have good understanding of MLops; Combine models through ensemble modeling.
6. Utilize advanced statistical and ML techniques to develop predictive models and algorithms. 
7. Oversee implementation & Deployments of models into production, ensuring scalability & performance.

Data Exploration and Feature Engineering:

1. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability of high-quality data for analysis.

AI/LLM, Agents and RAG:

1. Leverage LLM and RAG techniques to create reports 
2. Develop AI agent that respond to user queries to replace traditional UI/UX
3. Build, create, and engineer reproducible agentic systems and LLM models for enterprise use cases

Continuous Learning:

1. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies.
2. Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance the organization’s data science capabilities.

Technical Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Comp. Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Math.
2. Proven expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java or R.
3. Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pyspark, Pandas, NumPy, SQL).
4. Experience with ML Platforms/frameworks /packages/libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, Sci-kitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment.
5. Proficiency in statistical analysis & ML algorithms (e.g., CNN, Deep learning, transformers, ensemble models)
6. Demonstrated interest/expertise in AI technologies like LLM, Agentic framework, MCPs, Vector DBs
